Firestone Complete Auto Care

Interaction Date/Time: August 12, 2026 at 5:23 PM Employee Description: Male employee wearing glasses with long hair. The level of service I received was extremely disappointing. The representative was dismissive, lacked empathy, and did not appear genuinely interested in understanding or resolving my concern. He made little effort to assist me or explore any possible solution. His tone and overall demeanor made me feel as though my presence was an inconvenience and that he was more interested in ending the interaction than providing customer service. This was an unacceptable experience and fell far below the level of professionalism and courtesy I expected. I will continue to go back to Kennesaw location though it’s far way better service.

Greg was great! He helped me a lot with applying for a firestone credit card. Thank you to byron for fixing my car. She’s running good as new!

Gregory, Byron, and Jeannette were all amazing and wonderful to speak with when I brought my Hyundai Elantra here yesterday. I've had horrible experiences with the nearby Tires Plus management, but this Firestone team listened, showed me the issues when I asked, and explained. Not dismiss me, not lie to me, but actually helped. I went in for a weird noise that Byron found (wheel liner). Then they showed my brakes were due for replacement, and knowing when I last had them replaced, I agreed. I also asked about the concern with 15% ethanol gas and my old car, and they recommended a fuel system cleaning. Much appreciation for this team and their care with my car. I will be returning.

We were traveling south and had a nail in one of our tires. All were overdue anyway for replacement. We were able to show up when they opened at 7am on a Saturday and they replaced all 4 tires and we were back on the road in about an hour. Barry and his crew were quick and professional when our family was worried we would delay our vacation. Fresh rubber on the beach!

I've brought my car here twice now for different repairs needed and both times were good experiences. Most recently, my car was making a noise I needed identified. I called in the morning to see about an appointment. I explained what was going on and they were able to get me in the same day, and my car was ready by 5 PM. Everyone I interacted with was kind and welcoming, and they didn't mind my questions. The price at the end was also very reasonable. Grateful to have found this location for my car's needs!
